Roasting & Shipping Info
Coffee Roasting Orders:
Orders are processed on a first come, first serve basis. Coffee will be roasted within 1-2 business days. Whenever possible, coffee will be roasted and shipped the same day for optimal freshness, while also allowing the coffee to degas after roasting.
Understand that coffee looses weight as it is roasted due to moisture content decreasing during roasting, and all ordered weights are an approximation and will be within 0.5 oz.
In Store Pickup:
Any online orders will be roasted during regular business hours for pickup. Please check store hours when placing your order. Once the beans are roasted, a notification email will be sent that your order has been completed. We are working to integrate text message alerts for those that would prefer that notification option.
Orders will be roasted and available the next business day after ordering, unless indicated in the notes section of the checkout page.
Shipping Information:
All attempts are made to reduce the cost of shipping. The shipping options will change as we work to improve the interface. I do not include shipping in the cost of the product, as I offer free local pickup at the shop.
